Whilst they may have done it the hard way, Arsenal came away with a battling point against Chelsea in the Premier League on Tuesday night.
David Luiz’s sending off mid-way through the first-half seemingly opened the floodgates, what with Jorginho converting the penalty for the Blues. But twice the Gunners came from behind to level, and one man who played a major role in them getting a huge result at Stamford Bridge, was Gabriel Martinelli.
The 18-year-old made it 1-1 in the second-half with a virtuoso solo goal, starting a counter-attack all by himself after a Chelsea corner was cleared, before running almost the entirety of the pitch to slot home past the Chelsea goalkeeper.

And after seeing his goal-scoring display, Arsenal fans took to Twitter to voice their thoughts on their Brazilian starlet.
A couple of fans drew comparisons between Martinelli and Arsenal legend Thierry Henry, with suggestions that the Brazilian could maybe replicate what the forward did.
Another couple of fans of the north London side insisted Martinelli should continue to start games for the Gunners, claiming that Alexandre Lacazette should make way when Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang comes back.
There simply aren’t enough superlatives to describe Martinelli’s unbelievable start to life in English football, with the teenager now having scored ten goals across all competitions. The Brazilian would surely not have expected to play such a prominent role in the Arsenal first-team, but his performances and aforementioned goal-record has been extraordinary to say the least.
