Henderson has become quite a divisive figure at Liverpool, as despite being the club captain there are still sections of the fan base that think he is simply not good enough.
No one could ever question his passion or his work rate, but the 28 year-old had a difficult game against Spain on Saturday, completely outnumbered in the middle of the park.
The Liverpool captain was withdrawn after an hour with an 81 per cent pass completion rate, the third-lowest of any outfield player.
He made no tackles, no interceptions, no clearances and also picked up a yellow card (stats via Whoscored.com).
