Divock Origi is yet to reach his full potential at Liverpool despite signing for the club from Lille in 2015.
The Belgium international has struggled to have a sustained run in the team, particularly when Jurgen Klopp took over from Brendan Rodgers as manager in October 2015.

Origi has the attributes to fit into the German coach’s system, but he has clearly not impressed his manager enough to earn a regular spot.
Roberto Firmino has always been first choice after being given the task of playing as a false 9, while Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah have cemented their positions on either side.

Last season, after dropping further down the pecking order, Origi was offloaded to Wolfsburg on loan for the campaign.
In that time, the forward scored seven goals and created three assists in 36 appearances in all competitions.
Before the start of pre-season matches, Origi carried out an interview with the club’s official website, insisting the he is happy to be back among the fold at Liverpool.
In response to his comments, some Reds fans expressed their optimism about the forward’s upcoming season.
